The existing website includes a Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) page. Water assistance is separate from USF, which concerns electric and natural gas bills.
Find current assistance
Contact the team to discuss currently available water assistance and the appropriate application route. The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities also lists SHARES support for water and wastewater bills. Do not assume the earlier LIHWAP application route is currently open.
